Sometimes you just shouldn’t add it up …

1 x [real] coffee
1 x Baker’s Delight chocolate croissant
1 x plain brand ‘three fruits’ muesli bar
1 x Baker’s Delight spinach and fetta twist (1/3 for lunch, 1/3 for post-ride snack, 1/3 for “dinner”)
Approx 2 litres of water

Add to that the exercise of cycling 44kms, and no wonder I’m bloody hungry for some decent food at 9:30pm!
Off to find some chocolate instead …
